During the trip
Lost & Found
Within 2 business days after the trip, the tour lead files the trip report. If any personal items was found, it will be indicated on the trip report. Then we will send a lost & found notice email to all passengers on the bus. If the item bellows to you, you should claim it online by giving detailed descriptions:
Log in | My account | Order History | lost & found
Once we establish that you are the rightful owner, we will put you in touch with the tour lead for you to pick up your item. We don't ship. If you don't see our email notification regarding lost & found after 2 business days. It means our tour lead did not recover anything. In this case, you should contact the charter bus company to see if their driver or cleaning crew have recovered it. Just give them the trip date and ski resort name. You can find the charter bus company's name on your boarding pass and google it to find their contact information.
Do we get food?
Yes you do. We provide light breakfast on board free of charge which includes Granola bars, a small bottle of smoothie and a bottled water.

Passengers regardless of age must have a seat by law. Bus fare for children and adults are the same.

In the case of SF Bay Area, Boston, New York, we have used the pickup locations for years without customer complains. However, NAC SKI DOES NOT assume any responsibility for vehicles being ticketed, towed, stolen or otherwise damaged.
